Visit of the President of Ukraine Mr. Vladimir Zelensky to the Odessa port
During the visit, a meeting was held with the First Deputy General Director of Brooklyn-Kiev LLC, Ms. Elena Aliyeva.
Mr. Vladimir Zelensky, together with the head of the Presidential Administration, Mr. A.I. Bogdan, and the deputy head of the Presidential Administration, Mr. A.V. Goncharuk, discussed the investment activities of Brooklyn-Kiev LLC for 25 years of the company’s work in the Odessa port and with we got a lot of attention with the current state of the implementation of the investment project “Grain-transshipment complex at the rear of berth 1-z at the Androsovsky pier”. The President focused on the problematic issues that impede the progress of the project, namely, the failure to comply with the schedule for the construction of the berth of the 1st branch of the USPA.
Mr. President immediately demanded the leadership of USPA and the Public Fund of the USPA confirm the guaranteed date for the completion of the construction of berth 1-h.
To the President’s question, clear guarantees were given to the head of the USPA, Mr. Raivis Veckangans, and the first deputy head of the PF GP USPA, Mr. Zubik A.P. that the guaranteed deadline for completing the construction of berth 1-z and the water area is NOVEMBER 2019.
